Personal data processed

• Identity: name, surname
• Contact: email address, telephone number, delivery address
• Customer transaction: order number, order contents, amount, order history
• Transaction security: IP address, browser information, timestamp
• Marketing: newsletter subscription, only where you have consented

Card details used at payment are not processed by us; they are taken directly by the bank.

Purposes

• Formation and performance of the sales contract
• Production, preparation and delivery of the piece
• Handling customer requests and complaints
• Invoicing and accounting records
• Meeting legal retention and notification obligations
• Sending promotional messages where you have given explicit consent

Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the grounds that it is necessary for the formation and performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), for compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), for the establishment and protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e), and, for marketing messages, on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

Transfers

Your data may be transferred to courier companies for delivery, to the bank and payment institution for verification, to the hosting provider for storage, and to competent public authorities where legally requested. Transfer abroad occurs only where a service provider's servers are located outside Türkiye, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.

Method of collection

Data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, through the order form, contact form, newsletter subscription and your use of the site.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, to request erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result reached against you solely through automated analysis, and to claim compensation where you suffer loss through unlawful processing.
