Delivery Times and Shipping

Every design is made individually after your order, so delivery works differently here than in a shop selling ready stock. The times below are averages. The time for a particular piece is shown on its own product page.

Average production times

• Jackets and coats: around 30 days
• Evening wear and dresses: around 25 to 30 days
• Handmade bags: around 20 days
• Jewellery and accessories: around 10 to 15 days
• Commissioned designs: set according to the work involved and confirmed before the order

Pieces with Swarovski work can take longer, as every crystal is sewn on by hand with fishing line. If anything delays production we write to you.

Shipping

Your piece is dispatched once production is complete. Time in transit is not included in the production time above.

• Within Türkiye: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch
• International: 3 to 10 working days depending on the country

Your tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch.

Customs and duties

For international orders, any customs duty, import charge or similar obligation arising in the destination country is payable by the recipient. These amounts are not included in the order total and are not collected by us.

Address details

Please give a full street address, a postcode and a phone number with its country code. Where a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the additional shipping cost is payable by the recipient.
