Cancellation, Returns and Exchange

All our designs are produced to order and individually. For that reason we do not refund, but you may exchange a piece within 14 days of delivery.

The right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods prepared in line with a consumer's own requests or personal needs. Every piece in our collection is made as a single item and prepared according to your measurements and preferences, so it falls within that exemption.

This is stated clearly when you place your order and confirmed by you at the payment step.

Exchange

Although we do not refund, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your piece.

Conditions for an exchange:

The piece has not been worn, washed or altered
Labels and original packaging are complete
Where the piece has no fault of its own, shipping is payable by the customer

Once an exchange is approved, the production time for the new piece begins again. Exchanges are made for a piece in the same price range; where a difference arises it is either charged or refunded.

Faulty pieces

If a piece is faulty, sent in error, or damaged in transit, the situation is handled separately. In that case all costs are ours, and your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain reserved.

We recommend opening and checking the parcel while the courier is present, and having a report drawn up if you find damage.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel before production starts. Once work has begun, the piece is being made for you specifically and cannot be cancelled. Write to us and we will tell you whether production has started.

How to make a request

Send your exchange request or complaint with your order number using the details on our contact page. We answer within three working days at the latest.

In case of dispute

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
